The Creative Arts help you and your team to "think outside the box", bond and relax.

We apply diverse arts-based activities requiring no previous experience to encourage team bonding, lateral thinking, confidence and business skills.

Create a play in a day or your own soap opera. Brush-up presentation skills on stage, or learn through improvisation, mime, comedy and story-telling.

Training Aids

We use training aids to create fun team challenges that demonstrate finite resource management as well as developing team skills and allowing teams to bond.
Challenges involve designing and building structures to be used in a finale. The challenges require effort, planning and communication and provide a natural environment for the team bonding process to occur.

Matrix - High Tech Team Bonding

Matrix is a high-tech
computer-based team event designed with team bonding and team building in mind. Teams attempt to use their Navigation device to hack into the Matrix core. Will you be the ones?

Participants are immersed
in a graphics-intense multi-media world, experienced via a network of laptop computers. A high level of excitement, energy and fun adds to the team building process. The event is tailored to each group and to your business, and involves indoor or
outdoor activities selected to maximise participation and bonding opportunities.

Celts' Revenge

The Celtic tribes of the British Isles have mustered and it's your team's challenge to retain your land. Complete tasks ranging from building and racing chariots to catapulting cabbages!

To complete the challenges requires lateral thinking, problem-solving and a clear understanding of team goals.

The package is individually tailored to highlight specific skills such as budgeting, negotiation skills, delegation, and resource and time management.

Chain Reaction - Weird and Wacky Team Bonding

Chain Reaction is fun, great for team bonding and non-competitive. To complete
the activity requires inter-team co-operation, highlighting the
importance of a "one team
philosophy." The challenge can also be used effectively to unite disparate groups or remote teams.

Teams co-operate with each other to build inter-linking contraptions, illustrating the interdependency of teams.

Guests experience the satisfaction and significance of successful teamwork in action, promoting win-win attitudes at work.

Crystal Clear Challenge

Rotate around a series of tricky physical and cerebral team challenges, collecting crystals for each completed challenge.

Crystals are converted into time within the Crystal Clear Dome, where teams try to collect the most gold notes in order to win.

Kick Start

Kick Start is a fast-paced, stimulating challenge that combines the excitement and fun of off-road driving with a cryptic teambuilding challenge.

Teams must plan well, divide and deploy resouces, delegate and communicate effectively to find the pieces of the mysterious Kick Start contraption.

Kick Start offers a great mix of activities to suit a diverse group of participants.

	Team bonding events can be created for between 10 and 2,000 people and can last from a couple of hours to a whole weekend. Typically budgets range from £50 to £300 per person. Please call us for advice and details.
